Why no Profile Information about STDs?

I am curious as to why there is no place on your profile to say what STD you have and why you can't search for people with a similar condition?

I noticed after some further exploration that there is a groups section where you can join groups related to an STD. I'm not sure if joining of these groups is more a statement of what you have or what you are interested in but you can search members by these groups. I would encourage members to at least join the groups that represent what STDs they have, and possibly join more if they think it is appropriate.
