I'm a native New Yorker, who likes all things creative: art, music, movies, etc. Given that NYC apts. are not conducive to living life on the couch, I'm always up for heading out without a plan and discovering a new pub, restaurant, park or museum. Also, I usually need to escape the city altogether at least once a month. I think live music cures most, if not all woes and mustard on a burger is just plain wrong. I'm convinced that the kids table at Thanksgiving is much more engaging then the adult table; and Christmas presents should be opened Christmas morning not Christmas Eve. I like boxers over briefs; I'd take Pearl Jam over Nirvana and the Beatles over Elvis. Sarcasm is great, dull stares; not so much. Trivial Pursuit is way better then Monopoly. Dogs like me more then cats do and being outside beats being inside; although Saturday morning cartoons are a must. Hopefully you'll be willing to go to Fiji or Dubai later in the week. Great movies should never be re-made. Rock always beats scissors. Playing sports is generally better then watching sports (with the exception of the NFL).
